Who Turns Up at the Door
Every job, from a dripping tap to a sewer rebuild, is done by a licensed plumber or gas fitter. A rental in Tenambit gets the same care as an owner-occupied home near the station: drop sheets down, the work explained, the site left clean.
The housing shapes the work. Most homes here are brick-veneer detached houses from the 1980s to 2000s subdivisions, many with young families inside, and that stock is now old enough for first hot water replacements and leaking quick-connect fittings.

How a Booking Runs
You ring or send the form, we ask enough to bring the right gear, and a plumber inspects the job and prices it before any tools come out. Once you approve, the work goes ahead, and if anything we did isn't right within the warranty year, the same number reaches us.
Where the Work Happens
What we do. Burst pipes go to emergency plumbing, chokes to blocked drain clearing, cold showers to hot water repairs and appliance or leak work to gas fitting. Alongside those sit water leak tracing, rental and strata work, gutter guard fitting and plumbing for businesses.
Where we go. Metford first, then the neighbours on the same run: East Maitland, Tenambit, Chisholm, Thornton and Ashtonfield.
The Metford Plumbing Co home page has the overview, and bookings go through the contact page.
